• All prices listed are base prices

• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

• Requests are not first come first served. There will be limited commission and waitlist slots.

• Payment is in USD and is made through Paypal Invoicing.

• Commissions can either be paid in full upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% at approval of sketch.

• Every commission is guaranteed at least one review phase before delivery of the final files. More complex commissions may require more than one review.

• I do not offer refunds once a sketch has been started, so please take this into consideration before commissioning me. That being said, I will work with you until the final product is something you are 100% satisfied with!

• Commissions take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to complete based on scale and complexity of the piece as well as any life factors at the time. I will let you know if I anticipate your commission taking longer than this timeframe for any reason! I do my very best to be transparent and not leave anyone in the dark. If you have a specific deadline in mind for your commission (i.e. a birthday, anniversary, or holiday) please let me know in your initial email/form submission so I can let you know if I will be able to complete it in time.

• All sketch commissions are completed at screen resolution unless otherwise requested before starting. All fully rendered illustrations will be delivered as both print res and screen res file types. Any commissions requested larger than 8.5x11 print resolution size are subject to an additional fee.

• You MUST include references in your submission UNLESS you are specifically giving me full artistic freedom in the design. This is to ensure as few revisions as possible. Please compile all visual and written references into one place such as a Google Doc. You don't need to write a novel, but here are some basics to include:

- Character race/key physical features (wings, ears, etc.)

- Color of hair, skin, eyes, overall clothing

- Style of hair and clothing

- Height (if going to be next to another character) and body type

- Key items or equipment to feature

- Any pose preferences, or some personality traits to help me better choose a pose that fits your character

I, (the artist):

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

• You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

• Claiming the artwork as your own

• Altering the artwork without my consent

In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.
